Our Story

Bambooza restaurant, established in 1998 by Mr. Yogesh Daharwal, is located in the prime area of OCM Chowk, Civil Lines, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Originally starting as an ice cream parlour, it has since transformed into a renowned Indian restaurant in Raipur. In the late 90s and early 2000s, when Raipur was still developing, Bambooza became famous for its delicious ice cream, quality, and flavors, making it a beloved spot among the city’s residents before evolving into a full-service dining experience. 

Gradually, this small ice cream parlour evolved into a popular Indian restaurant with a beautiful and authentic bamboo-themed ambiance, true to its name. It is Mr. Yogesh Daharwal’s dedication, hard work, and ambition that have brought Bambooza so far. The restaurant offers a diverse vegetarian menu, fabulous staff service, and prioritizes hygiene, making it a cherished dining destination in Raipur.

Alongside Mr. Yogesh Daharwal, it’s important to acknowledge the contributions of his family, who continue to support him in every endeavor. A special note of gratitude goes to the late Mr. Sita Charan Daharwal, Yogesh’s grandfather, and Mrs. Prerna Daharwal, his wife, for their unwavering encouragement and support.
